Cove Mennonite Church (Whitmore Schoolhouse)
A schoolhouse-turned-meetinghouse that served the Cove Mennonite Church for over forty years, the Whitmore building now stands preserved at the Heritage Center.

Mt. Hermon Mennonite Church (former)
One of three predecessor congregations to Mathias Mennonite Church, Mt. Hermon’s small frame meetinghouse stood near the West Virginia–Virginia line from 1937 onward.

Buckhorn Church (former)
A 1949 Mennonite meetinghouse built by volunteer labor, the former Buckhorn Church on Dove Hollow Road now hosts visitors as the Buckhorn vacation cabin.
Cullers Run School
One of the most complete one-room schoolhouse restorations in the country, Cullers Run also served as a Mennonite meetinghouse for Sunday afternoon services.

Mathias Mennonite Church
Formed in 1973 when three rural Hardy County Mennonite congregations united, Mathias Mennonite Church carries forward more than a century of Anabaptist witness in the West Virginia highlands.
